BM57 Brake Master Cylinder LHD Suits: Nissan Skyline, Silvia, Z32 (ABS + Non ABS)

Q. Will this fit my vehicle? A. We have only confirmed fitment for the vehicles mentioned under compatibility. If your vehicle is not listed, then we don't know if it fits. Q. My brake lines feed from the top, can I still use this Brake Master? A. Yes. Although the HFM.Parts Brake Master is designed with side ports, most brake lines can be massaged around until they reach the brake master’s ports. Q. My brake lines feed from the bottom, can I still use this Brake Master? A. Yes. Although the HFM.Parts Brake Master is designed with side ports, most brake lines can be massaged around until they reach the brake master’s ports. Q. The fluid sensor connector is on the wrong side, what can I do? A. You can easily swap the sensor connector to either side of the BM57 by following these steps. On the terminal side, push a small flat screwdriver in between the sensor connector and the bottom of the reservoir to lightly pry apart the lock tab. On the opposite side of the sensor connector, push through to pop it out. *This is much easier to do prior to installation! Q. I have a round (or another shape) fluid sensor connector, will it fit? A. No, our fluid sensor connector is rectangular (as shown in the product photo), in order to plug your existing fluid sensor connector into this one, you will need to cut your existing connector off and join the two exposed wires to individual spade terminals. Then, you can push these onto the HFM.Parts connector. Q. Will the proportioning valve suit my car? A. The Specs for the HFM.Parts BM57 are “Split Point = 35kgf  (498psi) x 0.4” which can suit the models listed depending on the vehicles brake and suspension set up, your brake bias may differ. Q. How will I know if this BM57 will suit my car? A. Racing is all about optimising for performance, unfortunately, the only reliable way is to test suitability on a racetrack. Q. I’ve done an engine swap on my car, can I relocate the reservoir of this brake master? A. Yes! We have created a relocation kit for this exact reason! Just above the “add to cart” button, you should see an option to add a reservoir relocation kit. This is particularly handy for customising your engine bay to suit your needs. Q. Do I need any special/uncommon tools when installing this product? A. While not necessary, you may like to use a Brake Booster Push Rod Adjusting Tool to make it easier to get the right amount of brake booster push rod clearance.
