These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website hfm.parts and any purchase you make from it (the "Site"). The Site is operated by HFM DOT PARTS (ABN 31 489 472 505) trading as HFM.Parts ("HFM.Parts", "we", "us", "our"), a business based in Victoria, Australia.
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We manufacture and supply high-performance automotive components for Japanese sports cars, including brake, clutch, cooling and related upgrade parts.
2. Off-road use disclaimer
Our parts are manufactured and sold for off-road and motorsport use only. Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise, our products are not street-legal and do not conform to Australian road laws or Australian Design Rules (ADR), and may not comply with the road-vehicle laws of other countries.
You are solely responsible for determining whether a product is legal to fit and use in your jurisdiction and for the manner in which it is fitted and used. HFM.Parts accepts no responsibility for any fines, defect notices, insurance consequences, loss or damage arising from use of our products on a public road or in any way that breaches applicable law. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (see clause 9).
3. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to purchase from the Site. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
4. Products, fitment and descriptions
We take care to describe products, specifications and vehicle fitment accurately. However, fitment guides and compatibility information are provided as a guide only. Modifications, aftermarket parts, tolerances and variations between vehicles mean we cannot guarantee fitment in every case. If you are unsure whether a part suits your vehicle, contact us at help@hfm.parts before ordering.
Product images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the item supplied. Colours may vary depending on your screen.
5. Pricing
- Prices are shown in AUD and, for Australian customers, include GST where applicable.
- Prices exclude shipping unless a listing states free shipping applies.
- International orders may attract import duties, taxes and customs charges levied by the destination country. These are your responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
- We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after the order is confirmed.
6. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges we have received your order but does not form a contract. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, where stock is unavailable, we suspect fraud, or a pricing error has occurred), in which case we will refund any payment already made.
7. Payment
We accept payment through WooCommerce, including WooPay, PayPal and bank transfer. Payments are processed by these third-party providers under their own terms; we do not store full card details on our servers.
- For bank transfer orders, goods are reserved once your order is placed and dispatched once cleared funds are received. Orders not paid within 7 days may be cancelled.
- You warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
8. Shipping and delivery
We ship Australia-wide and worldwide.
- We aim for fast dispatch (typically within 24 hours of a cleared order on in-stock items), but dispatch and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. Title passes once we have received payment in full.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control. Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not liable for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied by you.

9. Australian Consumer Law and your guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). For major failures you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the ACL or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Returns, refunds and warranty
Change-of-mind and faulty-item returns are handled under our Returns Policy. In summary:
- 30 days from delivery to request a return.
- Change of mind: item must be new, unopened, unused with seals and original packaging intact; a 15% restocking fee applies and return shipping is at your cost. Any test-fitment, installation attempt or opening of packaging voids eligibility.
- Faulty items: we cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund; photo or video evidence of the fault is required.
- Warranty: most products carry a 2-Year Manufacturer's Warranty unless otherwise specified.
These arrangements operate in addition to, and do not limit, your ACL rights in clause 9. Full terms are on our Returns and Warranty pages.
Additional cancellation rights in some countries
Some countries require us to give consumers extra statutory cancellation rights. If you are a consumer based in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days, in addition to the rights above. This right does not apply to products made to order or personalised for you.
- You have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to tell us you are cancelling, and a further 14 days to return them.
- You may cancel for any reason. You do not need to show a fault.
- Return shipping is at your cost. We recommend a tracked service, as the goods remain your responsibility until they reach us.
- Once we receive the goods (or proof you have sent them), we refund the price you paid plus the standard outbound delivery cost, within 14 days.
- We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value from handling the goods beyond what is needed to establish their nature and function. Fitting, test-fitting or installing a part goes beyond this and may significantly reduce your refund.
- No restocking fee applies to a cancellation made under this statutory right.

11. Limitation of liability
Subject to clause 9 and to the extent permitted by law:
- Our products are sold for off-road/motorsport use and are used entirely at your own risk. We are not liable for loss or damage arising from installation, misuse, racing, competition use, or use contrary to instructions or applicable law.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or vehicle use, however arising.
- Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our total liability is limited, at our option, to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price you paid for them.
Fitment and installation of performance parts should be carried out by a suitably qualified person. We are not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect installation.
12. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including the HFM.Parts name, logo, product designs, images, text and graphics, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.
13. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest data, or to submit false or fraudulent orders.
14. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we collect and use your information, including for advertising and analytics.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on the Site at the time you place your order. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any mandatory protections you have under the laws of the country where you live.
17. General
If an event outside our reasonable control (such as a natural disaster, strike, war, or a carrier or supplier failure) delays or prevents us from meeting an obligation, that obligation is paused while the event continues and we are not liable for the delay.
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
These Terms, together with our Privacy, Cookie and Returns policies, are the entire agreement between you and us for your use of the Site and your orders.
