Wheel Studs & Nuts guide
A spacer pushes the wheel out, which leaves less thread for the nut. Our bullnose studs are 60mm long in grade 10.9 steel, and the rounded tip locates the nut and helps stop cross-threading.
Singles are available for the 86 and BRZ and the MX-5 if you need to replace one or top up a set.
An open end lets a longer stud pass right through the nut, so you get more thread contact. That makes these nuts a good match for extended studs and spacers. They are steel with a black E-coating, a 60° taper seat and a 17mm hex. Choose the thread that matches your studs: M12 x 1.25 or M12 x 1.5. The set of 20 covers four five-stud wheels, and a single nut replaces a lost one. The multi hex lock nut set gives you four lock nuts and a key socket.
Check your wheels use a 60° taper seat, and torque to your car's factory wheel nut spec. Pair these with our wheel spacers. We recommend installation by a licensed mechanic.
The HFM.Parts 60mm bullnose extended studs fit the Toyota 86 ZN6 and Subaru BRZ ZC6 front and rear hubs. They are M12 x 1.25 with a 14.3mm knurl in grade 10.9 steel, 11mm longer than the factory 49mm stud, and suit the 12mm and 15mm slip-on spacers.
The HFM.Parts M12 x 1.5 bullnose studs fit the MX-5 NA, NB, NC, ND and Abarth 124. They are 60mm long, 20mm longer than the factory 40mm stud, come in a 12.8mm or 14.7mm knurl to suit your hub, and are sold in a pack of 8.
An open-ended lug nut lets a longer stud pass right through, so you get more thread contact when running extended studs and spacers. HFM.Parts open-ended nuts are steel with a black E-coating, a 60° taper seat and a 17mm hex, in M12 x 1.25 or M12 x 1.5. The set of 20 covers four five-stud wheels.
