Fire extinguisher brackets

If you run your car at a Motorsport Australia event, you need a hand-held extinguisher mounted securely and within reach. Our fire extinguisher brackets meet Schedule H Article 1.1 for hand-held fire extinguishers, which is unchanged from the former CAMS standard.

Each bracket bolts to the existing mounting holes in the factory seat, so there is no drilling or fabrication. Hardware is hi-tensile and zinc-coated, with Nyloc nuts on the extinguisher bracket so it stays tight on track. Every bolt, spacer and washer you need is in the box.

Which bracket fits

The brackets suit the factory seat. If you have fitted an aftermarket seat, check the mounting holes against the product photos before ordering. Check that all bolts are tight before each event.
