How it works: First, open the speed bleeder valve about a quarter to half a turn. Then, depress your brake pedal. This action lifts the check ball off its seat, allowing brake fluid to flow out of the valve. Once you release the brake pedal, the check ball drops back onto its seat, sealing off the fluid. Repeat this process until you’ve bled the brakes, and then close the valve.
