Wilwood Brake Bias Valve 260-12627
M10 x 1 bubble flare, up to 57% rear-line reduction
Requirements
Overview
Big brakes, a big-bore master, or a light rear end will move front-to-rear bias off where you want it. This is Wilwood’s knob-style adjustable proportioning valve, part 260-12627. It is not an HFM-engineered part. HFM.Parts stocks it.
It is meant to cut rear brake line pressure so you can tune front-to-rear balance. Wilwood publishes the window as 150-1200 PSI, with a maximum decrease of 57%. Fine-thread knob, compact forged billet body, clear anodise.
Ports are M10 x 1 bubble flare on both inlet and outlet. Tubing with bubble-flare 10 mm x 1 nuts go on without tube-nut adapters. That thread is common on Nissan Skyline, Silvia, 180SX, and 300ZX brake plumbing. Use matching bubble-flare nuts. Plumbing mods may be required.
Suits
Suits: Nissan Skyline R32, R33, R34, Silvia S13, S14, S15, 180SX, 300ZX Z32, and any other car already running M10 x 1 bubble-flare rear-line fittings. Wilwood does not publish a chassis list for this SKU. Treat it as a universal line valve, not a drop-in OEM replacement.
