Two-piece rotor spares

When the rings on your HFM.Parts two-piece rotors wear out, keep the aluminium hats and replace only the rings. Choose front rotor rings or 350mm rear rotor rings to match your original rotors, and fit fresh hat bolts at the same time. Shoulder-bolt hats take the 22 piece shoulder bolt kit, older hats take the M6 x 1.0mm socket head cap bolt kit.

Brake master cylinder parts

The BM57 rebuild kit brings back a firm pedal with new pistons, cups and reservoir parts sized for the 17/16 inch (27mm) bore. We also stock a replacement BM57 cap and spare grub screws for blocking unused ports on the BM57 and BMZ33.

Wheel, brake and MX-5 hardware

60mm bull nose wheel studs give 20mm more thread when you run spacers on an MX-5 or Abarth 124, and there is an M12 x 1.25 version for the 86 and BRZ. Single open-ended lug nuts, 1/8 inch NPT to M10 x 1.0mm fittings for Wilwood caliper inlets and shoulder bolts for our rear caliper adapter brackets round out the hardware. For the MX-5 NA and NB, Delrin shifter bushes and window guides replace worn factory parts.

Can I replace just the rings on my HFM.Parts two-piece rotors?

Yes. Keep your aluminium hats and fit new front rotor rings or 350mm rear rings, sold in pairs without hats. Choose the version that matches your original rotors, fit fresh hat bolts at the same time and torque them to 13 to 15 ft-lb.

Which hat bolt kit do I need for my HFM.Parts two-piece rotors?

It depends on your hats. Newer shoulder-bolt hats take the 22 piece shoulder bolt kit. Older hats with cap head bolts take the 20 piece M6 x 1.0mm socket head cap bolt kit. Check which bolts are in your hats now before ordering.

How much longer are the MX-5 extended wheel studs?

The HFM.Parts bull nose extended wheel studs for the Mazda MX-5 and Abarth 124 are 60mm long, 20mm more than the factory 40mm stud, for running wheel spacers. They are M12 x 1.5mm, grade 10.9, in 12.8mm or 14.7mm knurl sizes to suit your hub.
