Requirements
Why upgrade
Lowering your car pulls the steering geometry out, which can make the car harder to control. High misalignment tie rod ends bring the geometry back.
Bump steer can be corrected by up to 15mm, in 5mm increments, and the rod end gives you 64 degrees of misalignment.
How it’s made
The shank and tie rod assembly are heavy-duty 4130 chromoly. The ball and race of the rod end are lined with PTFE (commonly known as Teflon), so the rod end moves freely and doesn’t stick, which helps prevent premature wear. The whole assembly is then E-coated for corrosion resistance. E-coating is similar to powder coating but gives better coverage on detailed shapes. Dust boots are included for extra protection.
Will it fit my car?
You need 17″ wheels or larger and factory knuckles. They are best suited to lowered cars, but can also be fitted to a standard setup.
