Why adjust
Factory slave push rods are a fixed length. Aftermarket clutches, different pivot ball lengths and thrust bearing carrier lengths all change where free play ends up, so getting it right can be hard. If your clutch is overriding or the pedal feels sloppy, an adjustable rod lets you set the free play at the fork.
Which length do I need?
For a HFM.Parts big bore slave, match the rod to your slave:

Fitting
Fit the rod to the slave, bleed the system, then set free play with the adjustable rod.
We recommend installation by a licensed mechanic.
