Requirements
Why two-piece
The ring is free to expand and contract as it heats and cools, and the hat is heat-treated T6-7075 aluminium. When the rings wear out, keep the hats and replace just the rotor rings. Redesigned in 2023 for improved fitment, based on customer feedback.
Ready to fit
Two-piece rotors arrive with the hat and ring already bolted together, runout tested and balanced as an assembly. Always check the hat bolts are at 13–15 ft-lb before fitting, as you would with any two-piece rotor. Otherwise, it’s a direct bolt-on.

Fitting
Check the hat bolts are at 13–15 ft-lb, then fit the rotors. Either rotor fits either side. Bed in new pads and rotors before hard use.
