Why upgrade
This kit fits a bigger 354mm two-piece rotor to the R33 GTR front while keeping your factory calipers. Our billet adapter brackets space the caliper out to suit, and longer braided lines replace the factory hard line to reach it. The slot pattern matches our rear rotors.
What’s in the kit
- 354mm front two-piece rotors (pair). The ring is free to expand and contract as it heats and cools. The heat-treated T6-7075 aluminium hat is fixed with Conelock nuts and shoulder bolts.
- 354mm front caliper adapter brackets (pair). Machined from T6-6061 billet aluminium, hard anodised, with stainless steel Heli-Coils.
- Front hard line delete braided brake lines. Made in Melbourne. They replace the factory hard line and are longer to suit the bigger rotor.
Ready to fit
Two-piece rotors arrive with the hat and ring already bolted together, runout tested and balanced as an assembly. Always check the hat bolts are at 13–15 ft-lb before fitting, as you would with any two-piece rotor. Otherwise, it’s a direct bolt-on.
Will it fit my car?
The kit suits the R33 GTR with its factory front calipers. You need 18″ wheels or larger.
The R34 GTR uses the same rotor size and caliper, but its knuckle has M14 caliper mounting holes where the R33 has M12. Our brackets use M12, so the kit only fits an R34 GTR running R33 GTR front calipers.
The kit spaces the caliper out, and the pads follow. Expect around 1.5mm of pad overhang with factory-size pads.

Fitting
Check the rotor hat bolts are at 13–15 ft-lb before fitting. The braided lines replace the factory hard line and leave the flexible line in place. Bleed the brakes once the lines are in. Watch our install video for the full process.
