Policy Highlights
All products come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturer’s defects.
HFM.Parts Cylinders (e.g., brake master, clutch master, and slave cylinders) are backed by a lifetime warranty on the cylinder body only, for the original purchaser.
No coverage for wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, motor-racing use, or non-professional fitment—warranties are voided in these cases to ensure fair application.
General Warranty Coverage
All HFM.Parts products are covered by a limited 12-month warranty starting from the date of purchase, as shown on your receipt or order confirmation. This warranty applies solely to defects in materials or workmanship that render the product unsuitable for its intended use.
If a product arrives defective or becomes defective within the warranty period, contact our Customer Service team at sales@hfm.parts for assistance. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and detailed evidence (e.g., photos or videos) of the issue.
We may inspect the product to confirm the defect. If approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.
Important Note on Vehicle Manufacturer’s Warranty: Installing aftermarket parts from HFM.Parts may void your vehicle’s original manufacturer’s warranty. It is your responsibility to verify this before installation. HFM.Parts will not be liable for any damage, costs, or warranty issues arising from the use of our products.
Lifetime Warranty for HFM.Parts Cylinders
For added peace of mind, we offer a lifetime warranty on the body of all HFM.Parts Cylinders, including but not limited to brake master cylinders, clutch master cylinders, and clutch slave cylinders. This does not cover consumable parts such as seals, bottles, or similar components. This coverage is valid for the lifetime of the original purchaser and applies to defects in materials and workmanship.
The lifetime warranty begins from the date of purchase and is non-transferable.
It does not apply to cylinders purchased before 01 January 2024.
As with the general warranty, we may require inspection to validate claims.
Exclusions and Conditions
To maintain the integrity of our warranty, certain situations are not covered. These exclusions apply to both the general 12-month warranty and the lifetime warranty for cylinders:
General wear and tear, including to reservoirs, internals, or any components subject to normal usage.
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.
Fitment Requirements:
– All parts must be installed by a professional authorised mechanic.
– We do not warrant products installed otherwise.
– We provide email support from our licensed mechanics to assist with proper installation.
Any modifications, alterations, or repairs not authorised by HFM.Parts.
Incidental or consequential damages, such as labor costs, installation fees, towing, or loss of use.
If a claim is denied due to an exclusion, we will notify you with an explanation. Rejected items may be returned to you at your cost.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Gather Information
Collect your proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation), order number, and evidence of the defect (e.g., photos, videos, or a description).
Contact Us
Email sales@hfm.parts or use our online warranty claim form, Include all details for faster processing.
Inspection
Ship the product to our warehouse if requested (we’ll provide instructions and may cover shipping for valid claims). Our team will assess it to determine coverage.
Resolution
If approved, we’ll repair, replace, or refund promptly. Processing typically takes 5-10 business days after receipt.

Shipping Costs for Claims
For approved warranty claims, HFM.Parts covers return shipping costs. We’ll provide a prepaid label where applicable.
If the claim is denied (e.g., due to misuse), return shipping is at your expense.
We recommend using a tracked service for all shipments, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.
Limitations
Warranties are limited to the original purchaser and are non-transferable.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or failure.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.
