Installation Proccedure:

IMPORTANT: Before you begin installation, make sure the hub face assembly is clean of dirt, debris and rust particles. Failure to do so will cause rotor runout and hinder your brake pad bedding-in process. There are many ways to clean your hub face assembly; we like to use a wire brush and sandpaper with some brake cleaner.

WILWOOD CALIPER SPECIAL NOTE: Wilwood calipers are made from a cast which means there is the potential for there to be leftover mould material on the caliper. On this particular model caliper (120-11133) we have found there is enough to cause negative contact with the HFM.Parts caliper adaptor bracket. This extra material on the caliper will need to be linished (or removed as you please) so that there is no pad overhang. This should only take 5-10mins and will require you to test fit along the way until the bolt holes are unobstructed. We used an Airbelt Sander, but there are many ways to accomplish the same result.

Step 1: Install the caliper adaptor brackets.

1. Unpack your adaptors and bolt kits. Ensure you have the right contents as listed above, as well as your left and right adaptor. The adaptors are marked with “L” for the left and “R” for the right.
2. Beginning on any side of the car, position the correct adaptor to the outside of the knuckle with the HFM.Parts logo and part number facing inwards and install them using the 2x M14 x 1.5 x 45mm Hex Bolts and 28 OD x 2.0mm Washers. We recommend a torque setting of 58-62 ft lbs.

Step 2: Install the Wilwood caliper.

1. Unpack your calipers and ensure you have the 2x Conversion Brake Fittings if included in your purchase.
2. Install the Wilwood caliper to the knuckle as normal using the 2x 7/16th x 20 TPI x 1 1/4″ Hex Bolts and 22 OD x 1.6mm Washers. We recommend a torque setting of 50-59 ft Ibs.
3. If using the Conversion Brake Fittings, apply a good quality thread sealant, such as Loctite, to the bolt and install it to the brake line port.

NOTE: This kit will not work with OEM brake lines. As the Wilwood caliper has a 1/8-27 NPT thread, if you have purchased HFM.Parts brake lines or another brand that uses metric banjo fittings, you will require the Wilwood Brake Conversion Fitting. These are included in the full brake kit (WIL-Z33324-K) but can also be purchased separately.
