- Remove your caliper, rotor and brake line.
- Trim or remove the backing plate.
- Position the HFM.Parts adapter on the outside of the knuckle as shown below using the OEM bolts you removed earlier, then torque to 35-40ft-Lbs or 47-54 Nm.
- Fit your rotor and Wilwood caliper using the Hex bolts, washer and spring washer supplied in the bolt kit and torque to 35-40 ft Lbs or 47-54 Nm.
Important! Before fitting the brake line, there are 2x male/female stainless fittings that need to be fit to the Wilwood Caliper. These should be installed using Loctite 262 Thread Sealant (or equivalent) to both calipers first.
Once done, try not to disturb the male/female fitting while connecting the brake line to it. As a guide, the RH brake line should point to roughly 11 o’clock, and the LH brake line should point to roughly 1 o’clock.
