  1. Where do you post to?

    Orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia and can be posted Worldwide.

  2. What couriers do you use?

    We have a range of couriers we use both nationally and internationally providing you with the option for both fast and cost effective methods.

  3. Can I get a postage quote?

    Our website fetches live quotes directly from our couriers. Simply add the items you wish to purchase to cart and proceed to checkout where you can enter your delivery address for an accurate price.

  4. How long will postage take?

    Our couriers will provide an estimated delivery time at checkout. Please note that these timeframes are an estimate only and are set by the couriers. We do not accept any responsibility for delays in postage.

  5. Can I pickup my order from your warehouse?

    No, at present we do not allow for pickup from our warehouse.

  6. Where can I find my tracking?

    Tracking notifications are sent directly from your chosen courier. Please be patient as email frequency is dependent on the courier but usually within 24hours of being dispatched.

  7. How often do you dispatch?

    If you place your order before 2PM AEST weekdays (excludes weekends and public holidays) then your order will be dispatched same day.

    If your order contains multiple items, you may receive each item individually due to weight constraints.
